About Dragonfly Healing.

At Dragonfly Healing, we crack open the darkness to let your light shine through.

The dragonfly symbolises change, transformation, adaptability, and self-realisation.

The change has its source in mental and emotional maturity and understanding the deeper meaning of life.

Welcome to Dragonfly Healing, where I specialise in HeartHealing™ – a unique approach that delves deep into the root causes of behavioural patterns like no other therapy. My mission is to help you process deep-seated traumas and empower you to move forward swiftly on your healing journey.

My journey with HeartHealing™ began when I personally experienced its profound effects. The transformative power of this method ignited my passion to become a trained practitioner and share its benefits with others.

During my time in clinic, I encountered individuals who were carrying emotional burdens and trauma. It became evident that these emotional scars often manifested as physical pain symptoms. As a physiotherapist, I realised that addressing only the physical aspect was insufficient to truly heal my clients. I wanted to provide comprehensive support for their entire healing journey, encompassing the emotional and spiritual dimensions.

Healing your heart through HeartHealing™ enables you to emerge as a better, more authentic version of yourself. I believe in the beautiful ripple effect: when you help one person become a better version of themselves, it radiates outward, positively impacting everyone they connect with.

My ongoing journey of discovery has illuminated the profound impact of emotional trauma on chronic health conditions and physical pain. While HeartHealing™ may not offer a cure for all ailments, it certainly aids individuals in improving their self-perception, resilience, and overall well-being.

At Dragonfly Healing, I am dedicated to facilitating your healing process and empowering you to lead a more vibrant, balanced, and fulfilled life. Join me on this transformative journey towards healing and self-discovery.
